has anyone ordered anything from htgsupply.com before, and if so, how was your experience with them??

I got my hps and t5`s from them

I've ordered from them a bunch of times, and even went to their shop in person, a couple times. There's a bunch of potheads working there, so they might screw up an order(I've heard of it happening, but never to me),lol but they'll correct it, as soon as ya tell them about it, and might even throw in some freebies. They treat their customers pretty good, from what i've seen and heard.


If you wanna know if they ship to canada, go to Ebay, and send them a message. They are pretty quick about answering those. Idk about regular email, or if their web even has an address posted.

Great service but they are pricey and their own gear is pretty pathetic - I own one of their 1000w digital green house ballasts and its terrible compared to my lumatek.

I love htgsupply. Email them and ask them for a discount for larger orders or if your a frequent customer or if they have any special discounts you could get and they will gladly do so. saved me hundreds of dollars that way. hell, i email every shop online and ask, worst they can do is say "no, we're sorry, we dont do that." but most of the time they'll just give you a 10-20% discount in my experience.

^Good suggestion, man, I never think to do that, and i bet i ordered close to $3k worth of stuff from them.

I definately like HTG Supply Ive bought a couple lights and an inline fan for a pretty reasonable price. Shipping time was also quick.

shop there in person good people. Some of their stuff isnt the highest quality but their prices are the best for local shops around me. I would suspect there online selection is the same.

you mean carbon filters?If so imo you've heard wrong, mine works awesome.

They are decent. The equipment is minimal... but pretty cheap price wise. They wont do a discount, or at least didnt for me... I was gonna order 16 - One thousand Watt Setups.... (hood, Ballast, and Lamp).... they wouldnt give me ANY discount.... so I ordered from somewhere else... Digital Greenhouse Ballasts are cheap...
