Well i woke up today to a little problem, "well a big problem"...
My HPS bulb was not striking, and i just started the (new bulb) HPS on 12/12 monday.."Man i was pissed", but no worries.. I called Tony at HTGsupply.com , (where i got my light system) and he took care of me..He is sending me a new bulb overnight, "no questions asked". I have to say with every time i have used HTG, i have had nothing but top notch customer service, and just wanted you all to know that they take excellent care of their customers...
I am in no way associated wit HTG, but im just a very happy customer. This is one of the good ones.
 
I bought the two ballast elsewhere but I have used this site for my reflector and bulbs and alot of other stuff and am VERY happy. I hate reading this because I know I should have a backup bulb.

MDhydro.com I would also recomend for its great prices on ballast.
 
I just bought a 400 watt digital ballast and a supernova hood as well as a couple extra bulbs. I paid almost 100 in shipping and then saw on the boxes when they showed that it only cost around 50. Tony shipped me out a couple other things I needed to make up for the extra cost at not additional charge to me. Stand up business and stand up guy.
 
Had two bulbs burn out in two weeks, i had ordered the cheapies with my new digital ballast. Tony sent me a sunmaster replacement no questions asked................................
 
I have been buying from marylandhyroponics.com and prettyy happy with them. I grabbed my 2 600 watt switchable ballasts with cordsets for $115 a piece.I had some bulbs from ebay and they burnt up twice so they ended up sending me 2 bulbs they have fore the ballast for free.
 
i have ordered from hgtsupply several times. just recently i ordered a replacement bulb 600watt and it came damaged i called tony about it and he has sent one overnight to me no questions asked. good customer support and this is the first time i have received a defective product from them.
 
I on the other hand got a pH meter from HTGSupply. It never worked once out of the box. *applauds* Soda and Cranberry juice are neutral!!!!!!!! ..............................................
 
I'm having a hard time aquiring their tech support phone number... Anyone have it handy? I have a 600w hps which doesn't turn on. The ignitor and can are new. Possible wiring issue or?

You could call one of their storefronts and ask them for it if its a pressing issue.
