How's my Soil Mix?

How's this for a soil mix?

2 c. ft. Potting Soil
1 c. ft. Perlite
8 qt. Vermiculite
1 cup Blood Meal
.5 cup Bone Meal
1 cup Dolomite Lime
.5 cup Epsom Salt

Am I missing anything? Is that enough Blood & Bone Meal?

you don't want to overdo it with bone or blood meal, that should be plenty. I'd say 1 cup of lime is a lot, but with 2 c ft it's probably ok. I'd pH it too
