Care to explain how that prevents mold or it's spores being caught in that butter/oil? (don't get me wrong, i'm just curious fella and I would love to hear) Thanks!
Probably thru the cooking process.
Even if it didnt remove every trace, its still slightly better to ingest than inhale pathogens.

Edited to clarify - neither are "good" for you. Mold can still have adverse effects in our digestive system. Its just a tiny bit safer then inhaling into the pulmonary system.

IMHO, moldy weed should be tossed.

It doesn't, but eating moldy weed isn't dangerous the way smoking it is.

I think stomach enzymes/acid takes care of the mold, lungs don't. Just my guess, there's no MD in my letters.
And there's one esteemed member here who said he vapes extract to avoid mold, if I remember right.

How exactly does that work, or well how did you do it?
took a 10L bucket gently put all the buds in it put some weight above it soo it doesnt stick out of the water. and then every 6 hours for 4 days i changed the water.you will notice first day water is green as fuck and has a strong smell. but more you do it more the water gets clearer and doesnt smell.
only problem is you can smoke this weed in a police station doesnt smell at all and doesnt taste at all.
