Never done a How To before. A lot of time money went into getting to this point. I am a vapor. I dont really like smoking anymore. Gave up cigs and have given up flowers as well. This system was put together from information found here on rollitup and around the internet.
I love dabbing. But was having a issue spraying Butane or alcohol all over my organic weed. So I have married 2 systems together to achieve Organic Shatter. Frenchys bubble hash into Rosin Presssed Shatter.

Countertop washing machine ~$60 Amazon
1 1.5 gallon All mesh 190mu Bubble bag $10 from wacky willys
1 20 gallon all mesh 25mu bubble bag $60 from wacky willys
Pressing screens ~$7 amazon
Trash can ~$40 walmart Get a Roughneck type that can hold water fully.
Rosin Press. This can range in price. I spent $475 for a duel heat plate manual press from Trippy Hippy. However I did come across a DIY solution that involved JB welding the plates from a a hair straitener to a little bench vise. To spending $1500+ on a pneumatic press. Weight your budget hands on that one.

Gel Heating or cooling pad ~$9 Amazon
Oil Slick Sheet PTFE Roll ~$15 Amazon (some prefer brown parchement, amazon has this precut to a 6" Roll that works well. I just like to use something i can use over and over.)
Tool to collect hash from bag.
Grand total around $700 bucks. More or less depending on what sort of press you do.
For this to be organic shatter we have to start with organic cannabis.
Method.
This is going to happen in 3 steps, Wash, Dry, Press.
So were making bubble hash to start. If your unsure how to make bubble hash I have included a Video to learn from our resident Hash expert Frenchy.
The only thing different we're going to do is use less bags and less collecting/cleanings.
So rather then sorting out several different grades, were just going to dump into the 190 to filter out the plant material and collect ONE time from the 25mu big bag. Drill a few holes for good drainage on the trash can and put in your 25mu bag. I put a grate on top of that trash can with a hole to put in the 190 bag. Or you can just hold it. As soon as its done draining refill and wash again. Do as much as you want wash wise. Some strains will wash in fewer washes then other.
Once your satisfied you've washed everything good out wait for your 25 mu bag to drain. Let it drain on its own. Don't force it. As it gets almost empty wash the sides down the bag and collect. Spread it all out on some cardboard and let it dry. We want a finally chopped product when were done.
And your next video shows how to press hash. He's a talker, but does a good job.
The only thing different from the video is dont do big plates like he did. Run it in smaller batches, much better return. Big packets like what he did leaves a lot in the center. Stick to the 2x4 bags.
Its actually pretty simple. No solvents. no chemicals. Just water heat and pressure.
