excellent post,I tried it myself it was working brilliantlly until it got too bushy for my space,untied it for flowering but it looks much better than it would have without LST.

I wonder how you could use this technique with an aerogarden. Any ideas out there? Maybe could tape the stem down to the surface of the machine?

i saw this a while back and wanted to try it, so here it is with pics. I have been following the same method, letting it get a little height than tying it down following a circle.

you just continue to keep tying down. but eventually you will run out of room if you are growing indoors i think. I love this method so far, but i think a scrog would do better.
