How to Access the "Market"

Hey guys,

New here, can tell I'll be here during my entire grow (at least). But I had a few questions...

1) How do I access "The Market" - it says my permissions are denied, or the likes.

2) How do I find out more about advertising on this site?

Hope to some good answers soon as I can continue where I got stuck today! Hah.

except that when you do, it takes a while to get it turned on i guess. i've been bugging any/everyone for 2-3 days and not so much as a clue when it happens or how or if i'm supposed to do something else. there really should be some info on this somewhere i just can not find it
