How soon can I take clones from a plant?

I was wondering how soon I could start taking clones from a plant , anyone know?

As soon as the plant has a 4 inch branch that you can take without killing her.

Ideally, take them right before you turn the lights back to 12/12.

Before flowering as long as they are doing well and have a decent amount of growth try it.
