How should I germinate ... Rockwool or 16oz soil

Im trying to figure what should I germinate with

Which one should I go with , I need to know asap cause I got the seeds sitting to the side waiting to be plainted

I guess it all depends on what you wanna grow with. Are you doin soil or hydro?

If you are gonna germ them in soil. I would just put them in the container your gonna use for the entire grow. There really is no reason to transplant more than neccessary.
I usually just germ in paper towels and put them into the 3 gal smartpots I use for their entire grow cycle. It is less stress on the plants and less hassle for me, I never uderstood why people make this more difficult than it has to be by transferring plants 3-4 times.
