How safe is it to have seeds delivered to my house?

I know it is illegal to be in possession of seeds in the US but how risky is it to have seeds delivered?

On a scale of 1-10 I'd say a 5.

Well what could the feds/cops do? Would they come to the address that they are being sent to or just confiscate them?

I've heard of people getting their seeds confiscated by customs....if it's your first time they'll send you a letter in the mail and that'll be it

if you want to grow pot, obtain a medical license.

Yea right medical marijuana here? not today we don't. just got my sensi seeds today third time i've ordered seeds on the internet at 3 different sites and i've never had a problem

btw seed possesion isn't illegal as far as i know i heard you can have them as a souveneir or a collection but you aren't allowed to grow them

Only a idiot buys seeds over the internet. Seeds will get you in prison. They will hit you with the following: "Conspiracy/Attempt to cultivate marijuana." I learned this from my criminal justice professor. At one point in his life, he worked for the Detroit police department as a detective/narc. officer. Dont be fooled.

Haha yeah I can't wait for the day that weed gets decriminalized at the least hopefully it will be in the near future

I have been ordering seeds up here in Canada for a long time. I can't speak for USA!
But I feel its safe--AS long as your not placing big orders for
seeds at one time.
I have purchased 50pack and no problems at all.

i was so pleasently surprised to do some reading on my marijuana laws in western australia.

it has become decriminalised; meaning you can grow upto 2 plants on ur residence (although not hydroponically, but this suits me fine )
and u can carry upto 30 grams of weed on you.

either offences only carry a 200 dollar fine or u have to goto a marijuana information course haha!

If im reading GIjoe's post right i know exactly where he's comming from,The state he's talking about (Michigan) is in a constant political power struggle,power in this state changes allmost overnight,the police cheif on monday might be gone by wednesday,this applies to any position of even the smallest reletave political power.

There is such a constant change of agenda's there that you just never know,shit you've been getting away with for years suddenly & overnight becomes the top LOE concern,then the focus switches to some other shit for a minute,its 100% about fines & dramatic headlines in Michigan

Some of the toughest MJ laws are in that state & you can bet the bank that if LEO grabs you in Michigan you'll be paying massive fines for years to come,they wont stop until your bankrupt,all over a damm seed.

What about other states in the US where marijuana is not yet decriminalized
