well dude, are you planning on making the frame out of wood or the whole box? it seems like the whole box, my take on this is to just make the frame out of wood and get some kind of material to wrap around it. it will make it lighter and if you get the right material you wont need to line the inside with any sort of reflective material like you would need to with wood. and nobody is answering your question in the way you expected because you gave such little information.

you need just under 1.5 sheets of 8x4.
if you are making it yourself, use marine ply, its more resistant to light and moisture than the normal stuff or MDF.

and yeah, if you cant work that out, get someone else to cut it for you, i dont trust you with power tools.

are you serious? you need 1 piece of plywood and 2 pieces of 1x2x8..... cut the plywood in half, you now have 2 pieces 2'x8' left, use one of those pieces and cut 2 pieces 3' long, you'll have a piece 2'x2' left over which can serve as a bottom shelf. nevermind.... if you cant figure out simple math i dont feel like typing anymore, thats a start for you, hopefully youll figure it out.
