how much water+nutrients per plant???

Hello all,
I am using Shultz 5-30-5 Bloom Builder. I know some disapprove but I have to use what I have. So, how many gallons/litres to feed each plant?
The plants are approx 3 months old (photoperiods)
I was thinking of 1 gallon per plant (fertilizer&water mix) and suggestion???
also, I want to use 1/4 dosage, just to be sure!

So it's an outside grow?? It's hard to recommend a specific treatment or give an opinion without all the details. Don't know if you've been feeding it veg nutes or when you stopped it. Don't know how far along they are....

If you can update some details and maybe post a pic that would be best. Don't want to give bad advice
