How many watts CFL for a mother plant

I want to grow one plant in my other closet to keep as a mother. If I grow it most of the way with a 400w MH and then switch it over to the other closet at bloom time, will 2 85watt 6500K CFLs be enough light to keep her going? Thanks CFL growers! :weed:

well 2x 85 watts wont be as good as ur 400wMH, but i would say with proper proximity to foliage it might be ok... but how long will you veg her with MH for?? how big she will be, you might need suplimental light around the base...

She'll probably be about a foot tall or so before going under the CFLs, about 30-40 days old.
