I was taking 2 300mg gabapentins after I tore all the nerves off my right deltoid in a MC crash in '08, it helped a little with the pain, but then I started taking Lion's Mane mushrooms both in freeze-dried capsule form and also fresh mushrooms I grew myself. After ~8 months, my nerves grew back and my withered and atrophied deltoid started working again at which point my pain went WAY down

You'd may wish to discuss an SSRI type anti depressant with your physician because you are using a lot of serotonin from the pain.

I am on 300mg 3x day, I have central sensitization, about as neuropathic as you can get. Gabapentin does help but nothing as compared to the Amitriptyline I am on. Still, life would be worse without it. More like icing on the cake.

I totally needed to be reminded of the bad posture while driving. I try my hardest to lift with my legs already.
it’s the sitting that fucks me up the most. A cushion behind my lower back is gonna help bigtime! Thanks again for sharing that Video.

Flick through some of their vids on their channel, there will be stretches etc. and there is this bald dude with glasses (forget his name DR something) he is awesome also.

I’m the worse at doing exercises. I’ve gone through quite a few PT sessions over the years and I ain’t gonna lie. My dumb ass doesn’t do any of the exercises they teach me :dunce:

Make sure to put your wallet in your front pocket, my back Dr chewed me out for having it in the back because it makes you sit crooked.

With that being said, I work at a smoke shop part time and 1 day my boss, an older gentleman, his back was killing him. You could see it all over his face, pain. He was shifting in his chair, couldn't get comfortable. Anyway, he had a bottle of cbd tincture on his desk, lowest mg. He took 1/2 a dropper full or 1/2 dose. In less than 10 minutes he was up and walking around not even realizing he was feeling better.
Lol. He stopped himself in mid-step. Holy shit, I feel better! That stuff works!

That shop sells a lot of cbd and to a lot of repeat customers

Yah I know people that say it works great but I'm always blasted to the max so yahhh lol honestly 800 ibuprofen kills pain and gets you moving without narcotics
