I’ve popped ibuprofen just about everyday for my whole life until that report that it fucks up your liver or whatever the fuck they said it fucks up recently. So i stopped taking it all the time. But lately i’ve been popping 2-800mg’s a day again. It definitely helps but I pretty much shake my head everytime i take one now.

It really helps my nerve pain, especially from my elbow.
Edit: I’m getting injections next Thursday in all the L vertebrae and hopefully S 1-2
Just had hardware from L3-L5 fusion removed and L5-S1 fused last month.
Still having issues with spasms so another round of epidural steroid injections.

One of the worst days so far but I did allot of stuff working on the house so probably to be expected. Picked up those 600mg’s earlier. Popped around 10 of the 100’s. Hopefully i start feeling something from 1200/day.
