Target for bics, they have a five pack(sometimes its got a "bonus" 6th in there) for four bucks. At least that's what they go for at the targets in SoCal. 80 cents a bic? I'll buy that all day long...

I go to wal-mart and get the 5 packs. I walk through every check out lane to find the ones with the colors I want. No clue how many I have. I've learned to always keep 2 in the car, and multiple around the house

I've got around 10 bics around the house, I've got a pretty good zippo and steel lighter collection though. I'm not sure how many since most of them are in storage but I've got 16 sitting under my computer monitor.

Now I want to go dig through storage lol, I've got a couple of old metal squeeze type lighters in there and a big table top lighter too.

I do it all the time Ricky..
The other week I cleaned under the couch and must've found half a dozen lighters.. the next day I went to light a smoke and couldn't find not a one of them.. I was all wtf, just had a bunch of them yesterday..
Sometimes I think the things grow legs and walk away..
I only use Bic lighters and I use them until they are almost empty. Then I put them n a beer bucket in the kitchen... I have been doing this for years and have quite the collection now. But whats really important is that I always have a light :bigjoint:

I like to buy themed lighters from countries I've visited..
I have one that says Spain on it and another that says Venice with a cool scene of the Grand Canal..

Stop stealing my fucking disposables!

So as a result i only use metal lighters. Something that people would think about before "acidentally" putting it in their pocket. Got 3 Imco's, a silver engraved guiness zippo, a fake weed themed zippo from the gf, a zippo blu. Zippo blu by far the most reliable lighter i've ever had.

I keep my Bic in a metal case with a leather outside to avoid lighter theft from fellow smokers. Works like a charm!

I used to use a brass Zippo exclusively, then I started becoming allergic to the lighter fluid and couldn't carry one in my pocket without getting a very painful rash. I switched to a refillable butane Zippo, but always ran out at the wrong time. Now I buy the Bics in the 5 packs when they are on sale. Always a spare in every vehicle and at least 1 full 5 pack as backup at home.

I distinctly remember the first time I overfilled my zippo - wasn't really noticeable when I put it in my pocket, but a half hour later I had to change pants it burned so bad.

Well....I keep a bowl of lighters on my coffee table like some do candy or fruit....I have a lot, throw a few here and there so I never have to get up when I lose my lighter.

I wouldn't even have to overfill it. Just have it in my pocket and about 20 minutes later the rash would start. But to be honest I have very sensitive skin and have to use Free & Clear detergent to wash my clothes.

I don't buy lighters because I need one, I always know where mine is. Normally in my pocket or on the windowsill. I buy em because they're pretty. Hate lighters like zippos and imcos due them evaporating off their gas, but damn I love em, beautiful things. Seen a 1940s replicate genuine zippo in brass for 20 quid. Tempted! Want to buy another space case first though. This big one is so good I want a travel size one now.
