How many days for seeds to mature

I flipped a bunch of plants to flower 50 days ago I pollinated them 30 days ago and then again maybe a week later just to make sure. I know that nothing is for sure strain to strain but very generally, how many days after pollinating are seeds at peak ripeness? I just found one that was poking out of a main cola completely bare without any cover on it and it was very dark and I couldn’t pop it between my fingers. Would 60 days be a good general time to harvest? The bud is secondary to seed production so I’m not concerned by overripening the bud if that makes the seeds better

I've found that not all seeds will finish at the same time but 4-6 weeks is pretty standard.
