How long should i run my exhaust fan?

Just picked up an inline fan to exhaust heat from my room and was curious how often to run it? 192 cubic foot room with a 1000w hps. Fan is rated for 185cfm. Do I run the fan whenever the light is on or should I put it on a timer and run it a few hours at a time as to leave SOME warmth in the room? Don't wanna cool the room too much. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

run it on a thermostat. When it gets to 80 it kicks in and brings temps back to 70-75 .This way the room wont overheat when your away. Blow the exhaust air outside the whole room areas.

Leave it on plants need circulated air use a speed controller and turn it down when the lights are off.

Remember fans do NOT cool the air, the effect of cooling is created by creating negative air pressure which brings in (potentially) cooler air from another area.
The lowest temp you could possible get would be the air temp of the area immedietly outside the room.

i have my fan set on the same timer as my light, deep in flower i will turn it on at all times to make sure i filter the smell and keep my negative pressure, without that smell will escape the area.

Went ahead and picked up a thermostat on payday gonna get it setup today but so far with it running 24 hours the temp in there has felt comfortable. Now I just need a scrubber. Are the homemade ones I've read about worth the trouble or would it just be easier to buy one?

Carbon filter above all is your stealth. Without this you open yourself up to cops, robbers and nosy kids. It is worth every penny to go buy a good quality one. I personally am not in jail because i went with a stupidly large filter for my small room. This is the one thing to not skimp on.
