How long does your super soil last?

Seems sub was a bit different of a grower back in Oregon. Must have got educated in Cali, I've never seen him spray anything but a new cut in quarantine before it moves into his flower room.

so when you all say less I better, less ammendments you mean, correct? I read that more diversity there is in a soil the better. I forgot why exactly, maybe you all know. but I'm no professional just getting started here in organics. maybe you all can give me what you think is a better soil than mine and get me to understand everything that is going on. I've read a lot. but I always have questions as I read and I can't ask the article lol

my super soil consists of nothing special i mean really nothing other then 50 50 top soil to compost ratio and over 5 months and in flower plants look like there loving it no nutrients only natural rainwater with like 2 - 3 top dressing of fresh grass clippings
0 insect damage healthy as if its first day of transplant less cold temp purps

damn how long was your harvest on those babies? damn things are monsters. what kind of soil and which amendments?

still budding for another month so total months with soil 6 - 6 1/4 months and like i said 50 / 50 literally fresh top soil and compost from my bin and that is one plant

Too much P in the mix at the start.....P takes a long time to be used up when you add too much to start.......I might venture you should add a longer term N or increase that amendment a bit.......Day 35 is indicating high P.. Watch the amounts of Bone meals and Rock phosphates you add.... COOK longer too.

No bone meals or rock phosphates used. I have added green sand in the past but not for a while since it last's a long time and Azomite. For nitrogen I use crab meal, Alfalfa meal and Kelp meal.
I have around 40 gallons of soil sitting that I will add more Nitrogen rich amendments to. I wont need it for at least a month or so. I will bump the containers that have plants after harvest also to see what happens.

10G or larger are best to last the entire run. At least when I use Coast of Maine Growers Mix - their "super soil"...

I have a question please if anyone can help a rookie out I’m using Westland multi purpose compost with added John Innes and John innes no2 potting up soil with perlite I have got burns to some of my leafs on my 4 week old auto and my 2 week old photo is there anything I should do to keep the burning down to a minimum thanks Matt
