How long does Attitude take?

Nine days since order, usps has the same message for several days now:

"We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece"

How long's that message usually last?

Update(and just when I was getting impatient), now an hour later the status has changed to:

"Your item was processed through and left our JAMAICA, NY 11430 facility on January 28, 2011"

Now this is good right? Cleared customs???
 
That message usually lasts until the package is received by your local post office. On average, I get my tude orders in about 14 business days.
 
USPS doesnt update till you receive your package....slow fks....anyway....mine has taken up to 9 business days....don't count Sat. an Sun....but it depends on where you live....quickest I have received is 6 business days

the same as royal mail, whenever i got my beans and 3 days after royal mail hasnt changed the status of my order. i got mine the fastest was 9 days and the slowest was 25 days.
 
99% of International orders usually deliver within 7 – 10 working days, but they can take up to 21 working days, but this is quite rare

Gotta love living in the UK at times :D 21 working days, sod that, next day please :)
 
I just used them for my first time and it went very smooth, ordered on 1/19 and got my beans on 1/26. I'm in Michigan if that helps! Pretty damn fast, seems like I get my beans from the UK faster than I get my beans from Canada /shrug. Seedboo had the same delivery time for me which is in the UK also.
 
on avg 7-9 days for the east coast.

one time or two it came in 6 days but thats like the rare time all the delivery fates are on your side. i've heard 10-12 days for the west coast

Yea if customs got it that would have been between when it left over seas and first entered the U.S. at this point its just a few days wait.

It takes between 10-14 days depending if there is some holiday that prevents mail.
 
If it got processed there, it should be at your home any day now. I got mine after about 3 business days from that tracking message. Good luck.

How long since you got the NY message?

Mine took 9 days before getting the NY message, but mail from NY to most of the east coast should be just a couple days.

LOL order was placed on the 14th of this month
 
it used to take 6-10 days for me, i live in michigan....but...my last 3 orders took 12-16 days, looks like lots of people have had slower shipping times from overseas, i dont think its just attitude. i usually get my order 2 or 3 days after it leaves new york.

edit. also, on my last few packages from attitude and single seed center, the usps tracking didnt update from new york until after the packages were delivered.

Hmmm...that is a bit slow, but not far behind mine, you've got an extra weekend in there too. Bet it's almost to NY.
 
i ordered to different orders same days one got here a week ago and one just left NY the last one took 3 days to go from ny to my house on the west coast we will see this time
 
This past order from attitude upset me quite a deal.

I ordered on the 4th or 5th, and emailed on the 13th about my order. No response.

I've had many, many successful orders from them so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I get an email on the 17th saying it had been been shipped out already. Mysteriously my order was marked as shipped an hour after the email but Royal Mail track and trace had no record of picking it up for another 4 days. It just hit Jamaica, NY at 2:00 PM TODAY and will probably be another 4-5 days until I get it.
30+ days to receive an order is a bit ridiculous, and I felt a bit lied to about the shipment status. As a side note, I did pay for guaranteed shipping with a t-shirt.

Regardless of this treatment, you can't go wrong with attitude. They have an awesome selection and are providing a service to the USA that they really don't have to.
 
its this time of year..for some reason they are really slow..

i know 4 people that work for the post office..they are all lazy lol

I completely understand this, but Attitude took 15 days to decide to even package and ship my order.

That being said though, I'd order from them again. I've had many good experiences with them and this is the first problem.
