This is all very fishy. I just went to my doctor, saw the nurse.

She basically said the doctor probably wouldn't be comfortable giving more than 1 gram per day to produce my own. So I will apply to grow 1 gram!! Can't do it at that clinic though, got to travel 300km...

This is a fucking joke of a system.
Seeing as criminal laws do not kick in until 6 plants and seeing as 1 gram will get you 5 plants, why even waste you're time?

Sent mine on Oct 19th. Called today and they say they received it on the 24th and is processing. Can't give me a date. I noticed how Health Canada keeps referring to this as an application, not a registration. Application implies that you can be denied, which as long as your Rx is valid, you cannot. Anyway, that's my report.

When we register w/ the Dr. does health Canada not have records of it? Not sure how that works or if it has been covered previously?

Imagine this:

We get our RX from our Dr. and they have to send our medical document to Health Canada. This in between middle man now knows where you plan to produce. (In my case anyway)

Everything is computerized and some clinic has a data breach... That is potentially a lot of info. for some bad guys.

The less people know that we are producing for ourselves the better. Isn't that what Health Canada is preaching about making sure your home grow is secure? Well now how many fucks have seen my info. and when (not IF) a data breach occurs how many thousands of people know?

Pissed off employee steals data etc....

There already was such a data breach with the MMAR patients, now protected under the injunction, when HC mailed out all the "seek and destroy" notices to patients with a dead giveaway return address on the envelope. Cause quite an uproar.

Why am I not surprised.

Broken WiFi at some clinics and they just write your info. Down on paper. Where did that info. End up?

Sorry in the industry and see it all.

If you guys have any issues email mike haggard with the globe & mail BC. He called me cuz he was interested in my story. Not sure if he's still interested but you might as well let him know.
Maybe if enough people let him know he will do something.
I also sent my story to Canadiancannabislaws.ca and with permission they forwarded it to

If they want to be treated like any other medical practice, files are stored for X amount of months, then shredded
