how important is ph for soil grow??

k in a prev thread u told newb he cld grow dwc with 9ph. so im goin ta post a thread tomora in advanced cultivation and say this dude alienwidow said I could grow dwc with 9ph.

I've grown these with straight tap water...no letting it breath....





I'll have some high PH please (my tap water is 8.2).

that's great ius that dwc? soil acts as a ph buffer ths well known. try 9ph for dwc and see if you don't get some iron manganese copper and zinc defs please

Is that what gh told ya? So what your saying youve never tried it but your still flappin about it huh? Keep flappin. Eat your heart out,12 oz dry plant first grow, dwc, never phd. Second one soil, seven gallon smart pots 1.1 gpw. And lastly slappin you in the face. Big huh? thats called getten owned dorito.

Fuck me. Anyway you look at those pics its just a whole lotta weed. Never phd a frickin thing. That doesnt mean dont check your ph ever but i really dont see much use in adjusting it unless theres serious problems that arent grower error.

Does having the "perfect PH" help plants grow.....I'm guessing it does. Does not having the perfect PH hinder a plant's growth or cause issues in soil.....I'm guessing it doesn't.

When you read someone asking about PH when answering someone's plant problems in soil, it indeed is a sign someone doesn't have a clue.

I know nothing about DWC or hydro, but in soil.....PH isn't something one should chase.

Call me a lying troll and were not going to friends lol, and roach, having the ph perfect does grow better plants. Its just so hard to find water that has the perfect ph already. Im not going to add a bottle of orange liquid to my dwc to bring the ph up and then after a week add a bottle of blue liquid to bring my ph back down just to have the perfect ph and have all that whatever the fuck it is sucked up by the plant. Not worth it to me. GH would have you think its imperitve to the success of your grow but its just not as important as the guy at the grow store tells ya when he cant figure out why your harvest is failing.
