How hard is it to start an online business?

I was thinking about starting an online pipe shop that specializes unique twists on common smoking utensils

1) Go to county clerk for fictitious business name statement
2) register the ad in the local paper
2.5) take the ad and statement, including your ID to the bank for a business bank account
3) obtain a sellers permit and any permits your business might require, including EIN
4) purchase domain
5) purchase hosting
6) build website
6.5) sign up with google checkout to recieve payments for products you sell.
7) build affiliate base to promote your company at a 5-10% commission
7.5) take orders for clones/seeds using the business and special items as a front
laugh all the way to the bank

you can do 90% of it online...most small business lisc. cost around 60 bucks. wish i had a link to the site. :/ try searching for small business lisc. google that shit lmao
