9 days from seed and looking healthyThis is my first grow (kind of). The first try died shortly after sprouting. Totally my fault. She is an Ak-47 Autoflower germinated in my AeroGarden. She is 9 days old. What do you think?

Id be interested to know the results of that ak..in the a/g . Ive got the aerogarden ultra Im gonna be playing with some auto pinapple xpress and autoxtreme . I think the aerogarden is well suited for the short quick flowering autos. Ive got some nl x skunk1 beans to go outside this spring and will probly take some clones from them to put in the ag later in the fall this year. Ive done a little indoor as well as outdoor always in soil but ive been itching to try my hand at some type of hydro or aero. I have created clones using a spray box under some long tube fls but they always went to soil as soon as they rooted , never finished em out in water. Also Ive never done any autos and was wondering if they can be topped or should I just let em grow out. The Pinapple xpress should only hit about 15 " tall when done give or take.
I know its not from spraying because I only did that once and I have spots on growth that wasn't there when I did it. I have brown spots on all but the very newest growth.
I started the Fox farm nutes at 1/2 strength yesterday. Today my CaMg+ came in and I gave it a 1/2 teaspoon in the Aerogarden tank and gave it a good mix. I let the pump run for a half hour with my airstone and checked PH at 5.8. If the newest growth gets the spots should I start looking for another problem? Or do I wait and see if additional new growth comes out ok. I guess what I'm asking how long should the nutes take to work if that was indeed the problem? Thanks all for your help.
PPM is at 660 right now. Should I flush? Or is that going to be close enough till Sunday which is when I was planning to flush and refill anyway.
She looks really good. No sign of anything bad on the new growth. Only thing is tonight the PH is perfect at 5.8 but the PPM is up to 745. Is this a normal thing?
