Posting my response here also i didn't not notice you had propagated all over the site. As growtech stated please don't do that.
WHY? WHY? WHY? Why do people think that if they just ask a question like that it and it will be answered.? Its like my kids asking if they can have dessert before dinner.

if you are a NEW grower which i assume you are. i would recommend DWC(deepwaterculture) like sparkafire said DO YOUR RESEARCH.heres some links to help ya out.

spark is right. take your time and do your research. lurk around the forums and see what other people are doing. the growfaq is a great resource, however I find it a bit sloppy and overwelming. the link to simplyhydro that happyface has provided is an excelent rundown of the different types of hydro systems, and with a bit of creativity and research, all of these systems can be duplicated.

now you are on the road to a successful 1st grow ... do some more reading then pick a hydro method and run with it ... i think your 2 choices are very smart for 1st grow.
DWC and Hempy Buckets are probably the 2 simplest methods followed probably by ebb and flow.

Thanks for the help means alot...im thinking get a 5 2 gallon reservoir on the lid make 4 neat holes in each corner to fit 3.5 inch net pots in a air pump with tubing in the food/water with mh lights for growing and 400watt hps lights for flowering..what do you think will it work?

Because i don't want to bag on you forever and it looks like you MIGHT have done some research on your own HAZE. Run with that it looks like that would be a good one to start with.

unless you are doing SOG(seaofgreen) 4 is TOO much.....trust me. ive done this with 6 holes 3 holes and 2 is the magic number. they will get to cramped with 4. you will get MORE bud from 2 monsterous plants then 4 cramped......fa sho

There is a newbie section as well as the FaQ, topics like these could boot some off front page that need help fast.
We can all help these boards continue to run well by directing beginners ( much better title for it) to that area.
