carry a lil pocket scale with you and weigh out your bags in front of the dealer BEFORE PAYING.. if the bag is light, either walk or tell the dealer that your not going to pay for it untill they make it right..
secondly, don't buy say $20 bags or whatever, but instead insist on say an eight or a quarter or however much weight you actually want.. i don't honestly get 20 bags, unless of course your paying for say a gram for 20 or something along those lines.. make sure you know how much what you are paying for is supposed to weigh, and weigh it before purchasing..
that's my two cents worth atleast..

Tell them their shit isnt weighing and do like racerboy said and get a small scale. Get a digital though dont try messin around with some bullshit keychain scale and your dealers house.
Prices are dependant upon location, availability, and of course WHO (WHOM) you're getting it from. Buying in small quantity is always a hassle, waste of time, etc. The smaller the quantity brings upon the likelyhood more people have touched the good and the more inflated the prices are going to be. Ask for a Q or a half (U know you're gonna smoke it, just keep it in a jar) and findout, "how much?" Just make sure it's some good before you get it, I'm sure you don't want to smoke some bunk for a week or two. Growing is always an option, but will not readily alleviate your situation (good bud doesn't grow in a few days). Just be real with your connect (sticking with 1 or 2 is best, familiarity is key) and you should go far. If you can, stay away from black dealers, NO OFFENSE, but Blacks tend 2 pay A LOT for their tree (Up 2 50 dollars more per oz) as opposed to white's/mexicans; just my personal experience. If U live in cali U should be pretty set, if not, MOVE 2 cali
