Not just 12/12 but as close to optimal conditions as you can get. Also there are many products to help start the budding early, like Fox Farm Open sesame, and then you go with Beastie Bloomz, then Cha ching. Those are added to your flower nutes.

to get anything like fox farms, technaflora, general hydroponics, ect, that all have good blossom boosters and bud inducers, ect., you will either need to visit a hydroponics store or buy them online...

one way to speed flowering up, also, is to give them a solid 24 to 36 hours of dark prior to starting 12/12.. if you have already started 12/12 i wouldnt recommened this at all... but if you do it going into flowering it can take up to a week off of flowering..

the solid dark jump starts the flowering process.. it lets the plant know that it is without a doubt time to start flowering... this means it kick starts flowering hormone production, helps stop the production or vegging hormones, helps to shorten the length of time flowering takes to onset, and speeds up sexing by up to a week as well...

some say this can increase your chance of hermies... i have done this from the start of my growing career and have had no ill side affects from it, like hermies... its always helped shorten flowering times as well...

but the truth is that your plant will take as long as it takes to flower.. there is no real way to shorten the time significantly... i guess 7 days can be a lot.. but to me its not a significant drop in time... and flowering will take longer depending on the amount of stress the plant has endured, or is going through, if any, at the present time... stress easily delays the length of flowering.. the more stress the longer the delay...

as was said, your best bet is to keep your environment stable.. and if you can afford some quality nutes and bloom boosters you will be that much better off...
