How do i get around this venting problem

I have an area that is perfect for running HPS lights how ever thier is nowere that i can vent the hot air out besides this vent that the dryer duct is already connected too to vent out hot air. i am juggling ways to share that duct, perhaps cutting a hole to attatch another duct any suggestions? I cant remove the dryer duct cuz the dryerz is used daily.

They make "y" connectors that would work in your case. Then perhaps a blow back preventers
On one of the ends "the one going to the dry". Perhaps $15 for everything from home depot
