hey thanks for the quick response OG!

I'm watering them twice every 3 days, and im using Supersoil ( i think thats the wal-mart brand?) 60% and 40% perlite, haven't added any nutes or anything yet, but i think there might be a lil fertilizer in the soil. i have them on 24 hrs light for the 1st 10 days, then gonna switch to 18/6.

Make sure you have poked holes in the bottom of the cup, check the moisture of the soil I use a moisture meter (Wal Mart) and test all the way around 3/4 down and if it is dry, then get a bowl and put distilled water in it about 1/4", check PH of the water should be around 6.5 use PH up or PH down, now set the cup in the 1/4 inch of water but not for long, then take out of wowl and let it set and check the moisture again with your meter, you want to check it 3/4 down from your cups top. I also push the moisture meter very close to the bottom checking to see how much was soaked up. the roots will go after it and it should help. I would water them on top with a spray gun seeing there so little. Get Fox Farm Ocean Crest soil, its the goooood stuff, Miricle Grow is not real good for growing from what I have heard. You say you water twice every three days, I feel once every three days is way plenty, you may be watering too much, so check the moisture of your soil. Hope this helps, and good luck.
