^^^^ Yep. Give it another 3 nodes, or so, of growth. Usually at around 6-8 nodes plants will "show". They've got to grow and mature enough before you'll see signs of gender.

Yea, iterating what the others said, some wise soul on here gave me a good tip. Plants will only show sex once they are sexually mature, and a sign of sexual maturity is when your new growth comes out staggered. This will save you some stress in the looking for pre flowers department. Wait for staggered growth, and only then begin to check.

Ugh, how do I explain this. English is not my first language, so I might have used the word staggering incorrectly as well.
In the beginning stages, the new growth will be completely opposite each other:

Later on, it will stagger, so the one side will be higher/lower than the other side

Great pic man! Can you zoom some inner branches? Most say I will need to wait until flowering to determine sex but I think mine is female. Wishful thinking of course

Sexing is tough in the beginning. But after your first female you will know instantly when a plant shows preflowers. Males take some time to get used to though...
