i got hermies. yep, little yellow flowers. here and there. right at the last week or so of flower. no problem except i have plants of all stages in the same room. it was so good.

it was bagseed crossed with an unknown clone. then that was crossed with "roadtrip" which is another strain from bagseed that i'm working on. the bag was medical grade weed. so the seed should be just as good. the only problem is you run into hermies. it's not as bad as i thought. i see a total of 2 single pods amongst 5 plants.

hmmm. so is there any way to judge if the medical grade brought the THC% up or the bagseed brought the THC down, huh? did it meet in the middle? i guess it could, if plant genetics work like animals. interesting...
having smoked it, what is your educated, impartial guess?
it's still just packing it on. at least 2 more weeks. i want to see what it will do. it is flowering in "waves". it will get about 60 - 70% brown hairs. then just when i think it might be done it explodes with new bud sites. it is getting very dense and very crystallized.

bagseed 'usually' refers to schwag, i guess, because good weed doesn't 'usually' have seeds. but if guess if you find one seed in a good bag, you've hit the jackpot!

i'm at 9 weeks. my calyxes swelled over night. i stopped feeding last week and have been letting the soil dry out. it was dry yesterday morning so i watered just before lights out. when the lights came on 12 hours laters the whole plant had changed. it's getting "hard". i'm going to try to push it 10 weeks. i need to know how far it will go.

eeeeeeeeeeeeee (* minime voice ) That thing looks gorgeous. Just curious why are you letting the soil dry out? what does this do? Also heard alot about, two days before you harvest, give it to light, suppose to make plant produce more trichs, this true?
prevents me from over watering. i still, after all these years, have a heavy hand on the watering jug.

lol that is why I only water when im thirsty, because I end up drinking alot of the water, good way to prevent overwatering : ) Any advice on the no light for the last 2 weeks before harvest, I found it on a website. It was for whitewidow, it said they reccomend giving it no light, or 8 hours max, for last 2 weeks before harvest, makes the plant produce more crystals to try and protect the leaves. Just wonderin if you do this, or know anything about it? Your werd means more then a seedbank to me : )
