highgrade used to be legit
and if you can actually get seeds delivered from him, they probably will be good
but he stopped delivering on orders about a year or so ago
it will take more than 1 favorable review to restore his rep

As much as I love the strains I used to get from him, I think I may wait a while till a few other people get their orders. Not a fan of throwing away cash. He does have some wicked strains though!
