Highest Yielding Indoor Strains

Look at his fertilizer list lol he literally bought every bottle they said he "needed" and he doesn't know any better so he just went along. Smh first time doing dwc and he has only been growing indoors since April. He also thinks you don't count flower till 2 weeks after the flip.

This guy is a total joke.
I hate to pile on, but when I read that list my first question was, "Is there any room in the reservoir for water?"

But on the topic, most of my indoor growing has not been with a focus on high yield, but on connoisseur quality weed - stuff I really like to smoke, like white widow, etc, which tends to not be a real big yielder indoors.

My best yeilders indoors have probably been purple kush, G13 haze, and white rhino. I typically use a SOG or modified SOG-style grow, with my own blend of coco, usually top watered by hand. I'm currently pulling roughly 2.5 lbs per light with white rhino, using canna A and B, hygrozyme, occasional calmag, and beneficial teas - plus a PK booster like MOAB in flower. That's it, all I use. I've got other stuff on the shelf for correcting deficiencies or solving whatever problems may come up, but those are my base nutes, and it's all I need.

I see this thread is very old but some good info here. A little off topic but I noticed more than a few people said blue dream. I think that is funny because that is the only thing I have right now yielding worth a darn. I just got rid of critical jack, critical mass, dutch treat, skunk 1 and some others because my yield on these was horrible. I have been growing for a little over 2 years and am still learning. All self taught, no one helped me at all so I am still learning. I have four 1000 watt double ended bulbs with acde hoods and four galaxy grow amps 400/600 /1000/turbo in a high ceiling room about 14 X 14 with a four foot grow tent in the corner for starts. I try to grow only 9 plants under each light in dirt and grow them about 4 feet tall. I have never had any decent yields yet and I have a lot of top notch stuff including my nuits and I use cana boost too. My very first crop I had perma frost with some giant colas but I don't think that strain is too desirable anymore. I did buy $500 worth of seeds but have not popped them yet. Just joined this site today so I will keep you guys posted. I know other people have had better results with the strains I just threw out so that just proves that there can be tons of things to effect ones yield. I am now studying up on ph, soil, nuits, roots, temp, humidity and many other things. I should be yielding awesome with my and my wifes set up we got going. First thing I did when my yield went down hill was to buy brand new bulbs and that did not help one bit. I have also grown about 25 other strains so far. Really scratching my head now as to why only blue dream will yield for me now. I think I don't have healthy roots and my humidity is super low. Just ordered a humidifier but must be careful, don't want powdered mildew. I got 4 weeks left and what is on the plants is a joke right now except for my blue dream.

I've noticed a few of my older tga strains were like that .. Week four n not to much some packed on the weight at the very end n some just packed resin .. A lot had to do with finding a good phenotype for me .. Had one jack skellington with buds that were not awesome in size and same strain that the buds were much better .. Sounds like Ur set up is super nice .. I think its all about finding the keepers out of all the seeds .. I've gone through 20 seeds n found only one or two that were worth keeping long term .. Just gotta take a clone from each before flower and at the end you know what ones rock and then u turn that clone into Ud new Moma plant

I bought a BCNL bloombox. Small growing appliance that has restricted headroom, about 32”. It’s fitted with 4 citizen Cob LED light bulbs. It’s hydro reservoir in the flowering chamber is arranged to grow 9 plants, it’s a two chamber unit. The veg chamber gives you the area to start your crop from cuttings from a Mother plant or from germinated seeds. I have a crop of clones in there now in their 7th week.

I’m looking for a strain to grow in my bloombox from BCNL. I tried purple Kush from crop king seeds. It was my first crop. Only managed to get three plants to harvest. Nice yield for 3 though. About 9 ounces. I figures I was a star. Nope, not a star. Many problems encountered. Biggest problem is keeping roots healthy. Took me three crops to figure out the air flow to my air stones was restricted. Had to take the top panel off to follow the tubing and sure enough I found the tubing pinched and the air flow restricted big time. Fixed that but slimy roots prevail. Been using Hydroguard every week during weekly 48 hour water flush. Roots seem to have improved a bit but still colour is brown and I suspect my issue remains unresolved.

I got 5 QPs out of a 4x4 foot tent. 9 plants
I’m trying to find a strain for my BCNL bloombox. Small 32” headroom, grow appliance equipped with timers and LED lighting and two chambers, one flowering, one vegging. I tried purple Kush and spoetnik #1 so far. About 10 ounces yield total per grow (9 plants). So yield is a bit low. I have not been able to turn the crops over to flower at the right time. I believe I can increase yield if I figure out the timing better. I’m Always turning them to flower too early because I’m worried about the limited head room. The results are the crops grow to harvest and when they are ripe enough to harvest they are only 20” so I’m not using up all the available lighting by growing below the sweet spot for the lighting the box offers

I see the question all the time and very few solid answers, but I am curious as to which strain yields the best...

When posting, please state strain, medium, nutes used, lighting and veg time and dry weight. Any other information is always helpful but the requested info will give what I think is plenty of info.

I do know that experience has a lot to do with growing also, but not worried about that in this post. The more responses we get here, the better this thread will be, the better the information will be.

Lets get it growing!
Did you discover which strain yields most? I’m strain hunting for a strain for my bloombox. Small appliance for growing indoors is not easy to strain match

If you growing strictly for yield and not quality then get 'Big Bud'. You will get plenty of bud, just don't be so hopeful on the quality of it.

Thx man, my purple k is in week 7, buds are getting heavy, I’m gonna tie them up tomorrow. Plants got thirsty week 7. Had to top up the res three days in a row, slowing down now though. Gonna run some spoetnik #1 cuttings next crop. Only 4” yet so more vegging to go, i will manifold the tallest ones. Grow box is aa BCNL bloombox, indoor appliance. Smallish, yields about 9-12 ounces a cycle. But I have not yet been able to utilize the lighting properly, then I will be able to get a better idea what a good yield is. I keep turning them to flower early. I’m learning, only third cycle in there.

Biggest yielding strain, pretty much anything you do with a 1000w de gavita. Blue cheese , Barneys, bio bizz soilless mix, hand fed with bio bizz nutes probably my largest, 4 week from seed to flower then 8 weeks flower and pulled 43 oz, but pretty much always 36 off most strains. I get 32 oz in six weeks flower with green poison by sweet seeds.pot size varies, mostly 10 l pots. Doing sog

Yeah costs a few bob for sure. Don’t like that, only grows small crops, not crazy about that, uses very little energy, leds. Kinda like that. Has a carbon filter for odour control and it’s fine until you have to open the door to check them and release the stank out once a day, not crazy about that either. Design improvements might include adding a sampling door or two and a water change access port. There may be an air supply deficiency as I’m Finding roots are browning early and first two crops pulled in had slimy roots, so there’s an issue there. Found air supply tubing pinched and restricting air flow so that’s fixed now, used hydroguard to improve roots and it works, maybe use this earlier next cycle. Managed 11 ounces on three plants, purple Kush first crop. Then only 10 ounces of spoetnik #1 second cycle out of 7 plants, big leaves on this strain, not ideal for space limited grow box, nice strain though. Looks like about the same this crop, 9 purple k plants, two should not have been transferred into flower, roots still in basket week 8, looks like those two will produce about a quarter ounce dry maybe, shoulda pulled them earlier but left them as they developed bud sites quite similar to the other 7, but the fruit never ripened. Only a few popcorn buds and the colas. Lesson learned, selecting my best nine from the twelve clones in the vegetation chamber, well I should have waited until the roots developed a bit more, mighta had a better chance with those two. Thing is I want to grow Cambodian, or Thai weed, I keep remembering those strains from my youth, some forty years ago we were smoking Thai stick and Cambodian and it was so nice. All the other strains have probably caught up to this level of quality so I’m likely chasing a memory but I obtained some Arjun haze #1 and am anxious to try this. I manifolded the spoetnik crop and ended up with 66 colas, but not much else, I likely overtrimmed during growth. Steep learning curve, so that’s my story, sorry to bore all the experts but it’s new for me and it occupies some of my time. I try it out but give most away. I like infusing coconut oil and I bake and mail my baking all over the Country. Great remedy for many ailments. Also make RSO with iso 99, now we re talking. I been eating it, my chummie smokes it on a nail. I’ve made a few batches of RSO, getting better at that to, easy to waste, easy to overabsorb, four minutes max in iso, three is ideal. I use Fed pot for my baking, love the 24% sativa in my cookies with my morning java, wake n bake. Have a good day dudes, gotta go plant tomatoes outside today
