does all high grade buds have to be grown in a hydrophonics setup, or can it be grown in soil ?

Of course not! Some of the best weed I have smoked has been organic soil grown!!

soil in my opinion actually produces some of the best tasting weed i have ever smoked when done properly ie: organic soil and organic nutrients.
the way mother nayure intended it to be grown lol
