Hi all which would be best in the cfl world

Hi,in a stealth grow what would be best 1 x 250w red spectrum or 4 x 23w warm white cfl with the Equivalent Wattage: 110W & 1570 lumens per bulb hope u can help

u need daylight bulbs 6500k daylight for veg and 2700k red spectrum for flower the more watts u have the better usually 100watts (real not equivalent) per plant.

How big is the space?

The space is 400mm by 220mm what are day lights cheers

What the hell is 400mm by 220mm in inches. We couldn't handle metric so we dumped it. JK.. And one more thing! You guys gotta stop saying cheers! You say cheers and I take a drink. It's killing me. "Daylight" is what they call 6500K bulbs and "soft white" is what they call the 2700 bulbs. I wonder if your boxes are marked differently somehow? Let me know when you get back from "Holiday" in about a "fortnight". Just between you and me I found the best Bangers I've ever had this side of the pond right up the street...
