Hey COOL 400w

First timer so here it is short and sweet.

MY FRIEND GAVE ME HIS 400W HPS WITH BALLAST AND IT'S ALL HISTORY FROM THERE!!!
and after reading about 72 hours worth of websites on how to grow. THEN ITS ALL HISTORY!!

Soil: Wyatt-Quarles
Fertz:
I was new shhh
Liquid Fish Fert
Liquid BioTone
Liquid seaweed
Flower Tone
Dried Bat Guano
Dried seabird Guano
Rock phosphate
Rich Earth
//SWEET//
Feeding Schedule:
Watered with SWEET till a little water fell into a water catcher.
If the soil was DRY with my finger in the soil I would then Fert.
I fed it what i thought was good for it at the time. High nitrogen at the beginning then lowered nitrogen significantly and began with other min. and phosphate and potassium. Added lots of both till the plants said no more. i over fed them so don't follow my style. my 2nd grow which will be posted soon I used FOXFARM and followed their feeding schedule with 1/2 strength and up'd it as needed. a+ compared.
Ph: controlled by limestone but not all plants had pellets in them. I learned about this later when i read about the Ph more.
Light: 400w hps
Seeds: Collection from all my years of smoking chron! Round 2 seeds are 100000000000000x better.
Males: 4
Ladies: 4
Veg: 4 weeks under 400w ( stupid ) use cfls or mh
space: 5 x 3 x 10
Smell control: 250 cfm Carbon Scrubber
Air Vent: 2 x 150 cfm 4 inch inline fan going in from outside winter air. 450 cfm 6 inch inline fan along with the carbon scrubber to suck air out. The 450 cfm 6 inch inline fan and a single 150 were connected to a thermostat. If the temperature dropped below 70 it would turn off and if it went above 83 it would turn on. ALSO 3 target 15 dollars fans were placed around the plants and directed towards the light facing in an upward motion to promote the heat to go to the top of the closet where the carbon scrubber was.
Height: 3-5 footers
Reflective material: MYLAR

HPS and camera did not get along and i don't have any new pics besides quick ones like this. Maybe tonight when they wake up I will post new pics if anyone is interested. No particular strain just a collection of the years of smoking chronic. These are the medical nuggets, that went into my lungs, babies.

I went 3-4 weeks cfl then put them under an hps.
Seems to work better for my ladies. I always get a huge female ratio also when i use cfl's instead of the hps.
