both of the tupperwares came up to $6 from walmart
airstones and air pump from walmart $30
400w hps with mh conversion bulb $160

Damn, you got a good set-up going on. The curtain thing is Panda film. Comes in a big roll and is the shit. Keeps light out where you need no light to be. Yeah, my girls are looking real good. My first grow, btw. Can't wait to harvest them. I hate using seeds, but sometimes you gotta use 'em. There was a one month period that I could not get one freeking seed to germinate out of like 50 seeds. I wanted a back-up to my AMS because of the problems very early on.

I am changing the curtains to fishing wire on hooks with clips then hang the panda film from the floor to the top of the HPS light. This should allow better ventilation.

Anyway, you stuff looks great.

i sexed my 1st lowryder #2 at 15 days. the rest took untill day 22. the first one to show sex for me was a female, which is strange because i was told males show up on the scene first. i'm interested in seeing those auto ak/blue's. i will be crossins some lowryder2 pollen with my cheese plant........ i'll let you know how that turns out if you'd like..... it'll be about five more months before i can inbreed it enough to have consistant results.

no no just sex.... i'm on day 27 and my boys nuts look like there gunna pop anytime now.

so i got one of my girls in an aero bucket and i kicked her nutes up to full strength, before doing this she was the biggest, bushiest, now it seems the nutes have almost stopped flower production. i have little colas starting on the ones i have in dirt and the one in the aero-bucket isn't even close. i've read that these guys do better with little nutes, but i have only read from people who have grown in dirt.

i'm gunna seed the aero-bucket girl because she showed sex first out of all the girls, but i'm gettin kinda wierded out by the lack of flower production. maybe it's nute shock???? or just too much too soon??? i really don't know.

just kinda wonderin if you've tried dirt as well and had the same experience.... i have added the same nutes to my girls in dirt at the same time. i'm usin the products from techna floras b.c. starter kit.

Hey Heruk great journal. I have a DWC and was wondering my plants are 2 weeks from sprouting and they look very small compared to yours. How old are your plants and how long from germ where they kept in the dome?

they sprouted from seed in 1 day
i put them in theyre humidity dome for 8 days
then i planted them in theyre DWC res

did you check you ph levels?
did you check the ec levels in the hydro bucket?
it could be a formof shock
but what kind?

i think i figured it out... my water temp was going up to high and there was a lil root rot... i cleaned em up and my friend gave me some stuff to put in with the water and nutes.... i threw the bucket in a "resivoir" and put water in it and periodicaly throw ice in . i decided to seed my smaller one in dirt because of the amout of crystals shes phushin... i'm takin some pics today and if it's ok i'll put one up here of my biggest one in dirt and the one in the aero bucket, just cuz...

should have hung out with the girls... i know they make me feel good.
