Hermie Seed Question, Please help.

So my understanding of how feminized seeds are made is they apply something to a female plant to force it to hermie, then pollinate it with itself.
If this is wrong let me know.

This is where my question comes in, my buddy just did a grow from clones, He had all females and we searched but never found a male flower, seeding was really sparse to, 2 here, 1 there. Now through the smoking process we have a small pile of these seeds, They appear large, dark and viable. Are these essentially fem seeds? Or will they all just grow hermies?

Thanks for the help

you don't know what pollinated it, so there is no way of telling what the seeds will be...... but if the plant did pollinate itself, all the seeds will be EITHER hermie, or female.....and all the straight female seeds will have a tendency to turn hermie if stressed out (even more so than non-fem seeds).....i hope this helps you.

you need to use gibberellic acid to induce the female to hermie to make feminized seeds. Otherwise its just a hermie that seeded itself.
