Actually,, I never really made it to full strength with the Lucas.. As far as I was concerned, Full Strength was too much for my girls.. I think I was able to get them up to about 900ppm on the .5 conv, so that's like 1200 on the .7 conversion.

Right now I have my Mothers in their 3rd week of Veg, and they are getting 500ppm (.5) and the girls I just moved under 400w (2.5wks since going into solo cups, and this is their first week in their 3 gallon buckets) are up to 450ppm and rising.

Dont forget that your Lights will also dictate how much your plants are going to take. My Mother room uses CFL's, so they will only get to about 500 and pretty much stay there for the few weeks that I raise and strip them of their clones. The 400w room will allow me to go further.

Lights dictating the nutrient needs is an important fact, and one I dint realize. Thanx for that insight!

FINAL UPDATE -- Jarred up today..

After the Dry and Clipping, I totaled 110 Grams from the 18 plants. Dont know if this is good or anything, but It only took a couple of months from Clone to Harvest under a single 400w, so I don't think I can complain. I definitely have plans to squeeze a few 2 Liters under the Flower Light with the new SCROG, since they were pretty hassle free. :weed:

Nice. How long did it take you to trim the plants? 6.12 grams per plant that's good using a 400 watter.

6+ grams per plant, 2l hempy with no veg is not bad really. I pull anywhere from 9.5-14g from mine, but I have alot more light. Its not like you are running dual 600w HPS or something lol... Great job, Rusty! Looking forward to your next grow man!

Trim time was not too bad.. I get the wife to help, so its about 2 hours, but given their stature and lack of real popcorn buds and branching, its fairly straight forward :mrgreen:

Thanks for stopping by!! The SCROG is doing fine, but not great.. I decided to change over to a CMH Bulb, but the Ballast the Guy at the Hydro Store sold me was not the right one for this type of bulb. It does fire the Bulb and is Magnetic, but its a MH Magnetic, and not an HPS Magnetic, so I was not getting Full Power to the plants. I started to get suspicious when I noticed my buds were smaller than usual, so after MORE Digging, I found the Ballast issue and the new ballast was delivered just last night, but in the meantime, I put back the HPS so I can finish them up, with still 3 weeks to go. Hopefully I can plump them up a bit and salvage my yield. Its not like I wont have plenty of Flowers to pack in jars, it just could have been better.. I also learned quite a bit about SCROGGING, so my next run should be even better :weed:

Already have my Next Girls growing out now, so they will be ready for the screen in the next couple of weeks.

Initial weigh in for (13) 2 Liters::
Fruity Chronic Juice = 8 7/8 oz
Northern Lights x Big Bud = 12 5/8 oz

And of course they will shrink down from there.

Also got lots of trimming to make Brownies, Cookies and Candies

Here is a Pic of the root system... Nothing too crazy,, Looks very controlled and certainly not gonna be root bound anytime soon.

The Current 2 Liters now have the whole tent to themselves for a few weeks. Their stretch was much more controlled, so they are growing more compact than the last run. Since we are at the Halfway point, I FLUSHED real good this morning, and I plan on starting them on the Booster Additive this week.

So far we are seeing NO Difference in growth between the 100% Perlite and the Perlite, Vemiculite mix.

And we also took some clones yesterday.. We took a batch of Fruity Chronic Juice and more Northern Lights x Big Bud.

And with the NEW Clonery, we have NO DROOP... SO I am happy to see the new clone tent is doing a good job so far.

Oh and I Dropped in an Afghan Kush seed.. Its a World Of Seeds breed, so I am actually not expecting much.. I think their a Pretty Shitty Breeder myself and personally have not done well with their seeds, but this was a freebe, so what the Hell.

Is there a reason why you go so far up? The point of 2" is to get newer water/nutes and oxygen more often. Just curious as for the end of summer to grind out last hot days i made 2 2 liter coco hempys for my autos and i water each with a full liter of nutes/water every ither day. Day 42 atm.

The point is to keep more water available to the whole root system not just the lower section, you want water to be able to wick more effectively to the upper part of the root system for more water and nutrient uptake ,
My favorite hempy growing media is perlite mixed with 20 percent vermiculite , it drys fast and holds a lot of air ,
It makes no difference though, whatever you like the best.
