A bunch of fan leaves on one of my plants is showing these small white blotches. any idea what it is?

yeah I looked closely at all my plants and didn't see any signs of spider mites.have you looked for spider mites ive had them before and it started just like that
Does Neem Oil help with this? like if I mix it in the water with the nutes and use it as a foliar spray?It's not spider mites that's definitely some thrip action right there.
I just had a case of those little bastards, I used a product called azamax both systemically and as a foliar spray it wiped those suckers out
I would recommend doing both because thrips are born in the soil and in the foliage they scrape away plant tissue and lay there eggs
another indication of thrips is that they will leave silvery patches on the leaves due to when they suck the sugars out of your plant air pockets will form in the leaf and give it that silver look. GOOD LUCK
(You have to be vicious and clean as thorough and often as possible they can hide in the smallest places and re-populate)
