now we are talking about it ..
you use biobizz soil and you got Root Juice .. right .. you can use it in the start .. carefully .. before you use them GH nutriens .. and it is also perfect after you repottet them .. so add a littel (½ strengs as it sais on the bottel) next time you water ..


Ooh yea .. is the soil ther light mix version ? if so it is low on nutriens .. then I would suggest you to start slowly on the nutriens next week .. I waitet 3 weeks and they begon to get light green and needed Cal/Mg

and when you choose to repot agin .. maybe ? in to ther final pots (maybe 5 gallon/20L) you schould add a few things to the soil .. some good wormcasting and peat moss as light mix is .. well .. realy light in anyway .. I also like to use lega nuts in the bottom .. so roots have lots of air and water dont sits ther .. and also like to keep a littel 1 inch layr on top .. to make it possible for roots to use all the soil .. to help the water drain even down and not splash when I water .. and to keep the soild moist under my 600W HPS .. also keep dirt in the pots and look nice :)

I choose GH like that ..

more or less by accident .. had my eyes on jungle juice but when I got to the store they wher all out of ther offer (a packe with it all in)

the guy toald me that Jungle Juice actualy is a "copy" of the GH line .. and he did have a nice offer on them (guess he did gave me them at a nice price as he did`t had what I was ther for and had a long drive)

I did the research on them when I came home and surely .. its so similar to Jungle Juice .. just the name/brand ..

dont look for all them special plants homons yet .. find basic 2-3 part system and make it work .. then you have more knowlegs and the basic in order .. then you could begin to research stuff and try to add some of them expensiv boosters or what ever you like ..

hey! guys woke n a bunch of post trying t catch up

i am actually at pender island lol

and im just doing soil but my ph level is at 8 .. i got ph down any ways while i was in victoria , had to kill some time. ur right tho i still need to figure out how to use it

i am trying to keep it simple but its nice know everything!

good discussion tho

Morning guys( atleast for me here in bc)

Umm ya i do got the root juice n got a free bottle of gh root enhancer from buddy at the grow store :)

i re potted them in to 1 gallon i know its still small but living on the island very limited sources, will be another trip into town.. but i do notice there coming coming back :)

there a bout a week in a half old but were in really small cups n then stopped growing

i always wondering about the root juice n how to use it

i know the pots r small but i need to get my hands on some bigger ones at some point..

the biobizz soil is the all purpose was recommended it by some one else when i first got all my stuff together

morning (here its 10 a night ;))


root juice I belive (did some research) is for seedlings and when you repot .. help the plant produce helthy roots and help on stress when repotting ..
use it at 1/4 - ½ strenges as what the bottel says ..

could use it untill you begin on the micro/bloom nutriens ..

if your pots are to cold .. lift them up from the floor/ground .. set em on sumthing .. and lift the light up accordenly ..
floors can sumtimes be cold ..

about pots ..
did you think about a large bucket (black if possible .. or use black plastick around them if they are white)

make some nice drain hols in the bottom 6-8 ..

a normal bucket wher I come from can hold 10-12L (around 3 gallon) so I guess in like 3 weeks or so .. then give em another week in ther new home before flowering (just a suggestion tho)

I can get a normal bucket at my supermarket for around 4-5$ and if I go to the building/tool market I can get them black thick once .. them workers use for mixing stuff for builing aso. they cost like 10$ but are nice Im sure ..

so since iv just repotted them ill feed them a bit of root juice, the 1 gallonn pots r black got them for free from neighbor.
but im gunna go to the store this week n get 3 or 5 gallon bucket

at this point the little 2 x 2 tent is not vented at all, , pretty much waiting for all my new stuff to come in

but when i get home im gunna raise them n see if that works.. do some people use heating pads to keep them warmed?

umm about the ph down,, im due to water in a day or two , should i just fill up my container and just add a few drops n let it sit or let it sit then add the drops?

ill post a pic of my one auto its so small n messed up, def root bound maybe has like 3 weeks on it but dont think tis gunna grow any more.

kind of a story behind it how it got messed up but whatever im really excited to get this new stuff started

its a nice little project thats keeping me very entertained

hmmm... heating pads are for seedlings I belive .. used in dooms in the fist few days/week or so ..

PH down you use just before you water .. after you have added all the stuff/nutriens or what ever you need to add as they can swreew your PH up a bit ...

I do it like this .. I use a water can of 2 gallon .. I fill it and set it on the floor in my bathroom (with a littel cover on it so dust and stuff dont fall down in to the water .. I let it sit ther untill next day .. then I add the nutriens and stuff .. then test my PH .. usealy around 7,5 - 8 then I add like 1 cap of the bottel of PH down and check agin .. mostly its about them 6,5 I want .. maybe 7 and I add a few drops more aso.


keep them plants in the new pots for now .. use the root juice on ½ strengs for the next watering or two .. once they are use to the new 1 gallon pots and have grown a inch or so more you can stop with the juice and begin on the Lucas Fomular .. 2ML/4ML to start with .. in a few weeks you want them in a 3 gallon pots (if its autos a 3 gallon schould be enough) and then keep em in them for last 4 weeks or how long they have left ?

use some good soil mixture and some nice 3 gallon pots with nice draining .. close to when you repot you schould also be on max nutriens (3ML/6ML)
keep useing that .. last 2 weeks use the rippen if you can get it ..

tonight I will fill up the water container let it set, add the nutrients n let it sit .


I aactually only got one auto as the rest turned out maill. those small ones in the pics r just normal fem seeds

super bud n afghan kush

im not to worried what happens to the auto,, im more interested in getting everything together for the next grow.. where i actually no a lot more..

so when u say 2ml/4ml is per gallon?

i have raised the two little ones off the ground hope that heats up the soil

I just meant .. to start low/slow .. start with 2ML micro and 4ML bloom per gallon (4 liters) of water ..

just so you dont go full strengs on your fist watering or two .. so plants can get use to it ..

after a few watering you schould just go full strengs 3ML/6ML

and add the utriens to the water just before you want to water .. remember to shake the bottels .. and then PH it to 6,5 and then water the plants ..


yea just let the auto finish .. you get some early smoke wile your waiting for the others .. no need to make things to complicatet ..

about (warming up soil) I know my mom usealy put plastic around her big pots who sits out side in the winther .. to keep em warm ..
but tell me .. how cold is it on your floor ? I mean your have high temps as fare as I remember ?



about rippen Traxx .. dunno .. I got mine from a hydro store in Copenhagen (doubt you want to order it from ther)
do some searching/google it .. see if you have a hydro store in your town/state ..

I use my hydro store and drive the 10 miles each way if I want my stuff fast or if it is penuts I can safe buying it online .. if not I try to find it online .. in Denmark .. if I cant do that .. I see if Germany or England have em and order from ther ..

okay makes a lot more sense now..

i filled up my container last night.. i actually filled up two 4 litter container just in case i put to much ph down , which i did!
stuff is powerful

um the floor is average temp, maybe a bit warmer due to the light going, i did raise the plants n the soil is warmer today and the
the two i transplanted have shot right up!!! they are loving it right now :) they got about 3 nods right now when should i top them or whatever it is to make them bushier??

k to be honest there under a 150 hps cuz of the auto and my roommate accidentally broke my 200 watt cfl but the replacement bulb will b here tomorrow

should i put the 200 watt cfl in the tent for the little ones? im more concerned about them the auto ???

sorry to hear about denmark in the euros :(

I'd go with either Roots Organics, OR the cheapest way: Earth Juice with Sucanat(pure sugar cane from health food store) added. The earth juice way will cost you like 100 for gallons of everything including the sucanat and the roots organics will run you around 300. I prefer Roots Organics which is what I use. I do the Roots Organics Master Feed Schedule but also use Advanced Nutes Kushie Kush for Kush plants, I use the KK instead of the Roots Organics Big Swell. This is what I came up with after 2years of trying to find the best but most cost effective way of feeding my plants.

dont worry you can easily Veg under the HPS ..

some grow from start to finish with only HPS .. add the CLF when you get it .. if the temps dont go to high ?
then keep the auto under the HPS alone (I think it would love it ;) and use the clf on the seedlings .. maybe out side on a table unltill they are a bit bigger .. a week maybe ..


try to keep it between 75 and 80F doing lights on (I have some smaller problems right now with 82-84F but plants seems to do fine with it .. just NEVER let it get over 90F and keep a good air circilation)

gald to hear about your pots/soil .. I keep mine up from the floor .. on books (finaly found a good use for my 32 pices Lecicon collection ;))
so I dont move my light .. I add or remove 2 inch`s books to keep the right distance from my light (just how I like to do it .. dont have them smart hangers either .. just have chains on my lamp)

what kind of PH down did you get ? the dry once ?


EDIT: I top/FIM mine after 5-6 not .. at day 17 need a few leaves to handle all the stress I guess :)
I have only good things to say about FIM .. look it up if you want bushy plants .. same as topping .. you just dont take more then 80% of the new growth at the very top .. insted of topping wher you just snatch the main steam under the top growth .. it will be stunn and stop the growth for a few days .. but once it begin to grow agin its put a smile on your face ;)

can you clarify something for me? are you growing in soil? my thing is soil and the stuff that goes into it. it (IMO) produces better tasting buds and some ppl prefer it. i'll give you the lowdown on why that is if you want, but please stay away from all that voodoo doodoo. it's a recipe for disaster. not better dank.

Hey! Havent been here in a while been pretty busy,

my temp is about 82 - 84, if i keep the tent open, its about 79, the humidity is about 40 all the time

the ph down is liquid lol? im gunna post a few pictures

i did FIM them ( pretty funny what it stands for ) on one of them dont think i cut it enough, the other one maybe a bit too much?? learning lesson,

After transplanting them they shot up , then i did the FIM, i need to water them , but since i just FIM them , should i water with just plain water or should i add some nutes/?

so im not sure if i should use it right away a few days after iv justed FIM'ed them? or better with plain water ( maybe a bit of root juice with it )??
