help with air movement

Yo whtsup peoples?

I have a problem with the following, Im renting a place, so cutting holes in the ceiling etc is a no no.

I'm using an outside flat's bathroom as a growing space. The plants are standing in the shower (white tiles, white walls and ceiling).

Problem is there's only one window (65cm by 73cm). and the door is obviousely closed.
Inside there's a small 30cm oscillating fan.
Temps are 80 - 31 degrees C, humidity between 45 and 60%.

Is that window enough for fresh air? If not how do I get air circulating without cutting holes everywhere?

Help will be appreciated.

Easiest solution is to get some mylar or panda poly and seal in the shower stall, that way you can just leave the door open and there won't be tons of light escaping...
