Help!will soft white work to start my seedling?

i just bought a 3 pack of 24watt cfls softwhite but i ment to get full spectrum can i still start off the seedling till i have enough money to get the right ones?

sure you can.. the only thing the wrong spectrum will do is cause some stretching to them, and as seedling, depending on how young that they are, i dont think it would be that much of a problem really.

yea but i have a space about 3.5 feet tall and two feet wide so how can i keep it small and not to streatch?

keep the lights 1 or 2 inches away they dont get to hot so just keep the air moving on them and keep a close eye on them they grow fast
