HELP! Top cola dying? *pics

I went to take a look at one of my plants top cola this morning and found that it looks funky as hell, is their something wrong?

1st and 2nd pic is the one I'm talking about,

3rd pic is this plants sister that hasn't been treated any different but looks fine...

Can anyone help?

I'm gonna post some good pictures in a little bit, I had to use my phone until I can find the cord to my camera

The Second Pic It Looks Fine 1st On Looks a Little Bit Droopy But that Willy Prolly Be Because They were Asleep

I don't really see any issues... If you're misting/spraying I'd stop as it can mold the bud... Luck.

the second pic is the sister plant next to it

whats the temp in the room?? how close is your light?

The room is right around 74 degrees right now, I'm using tons of high output cfl lights all around it probably around 4-8 inches away
