Help PLZ..Spider Mite Problem im pretty sure no pic but i can get them...

I used Hot Pepper Wax on them.. Can i get any help plz.... Is this going to fix it because all of them have it a little bit. I really need to fix this...Weby substince in tight area's and black dot that move....

are u in veg. or flowering? that matters on the solutions u can use. if in veg.stage u can get it under control. i used soapy water and wiped doen all the leafs .then u have to bomb the room. after that try using ladybugs, get a couple thousand of them.

well i sprayed a whole bottle almost on my plants stem and all. Just started Flowering 2 weeks ago buds are showing a little bit.

But i have 2 early grizzles in there that have some nice buds.

Mighty wash is the only thing that will eradicate spidermites. Spray it on a couple times, and then they are gone. Easy as pie

where can i get that from.??

any local hydroponics store, or you can order it online

mighty wash works but i would have to disagree on it being the only thing that works.

What has worked for you, if you don't mind my asking?

Another vote for Mighty Wash. It is spendy, but entirely worth it. I used it in on four plants in flower two months ago and haven't seen a single spider mite since.

neem oil is a great thing to keep in your grow cabinet for serious problems i use azamax.both are organic and can be used almost till day of harvest.

Take cinnimon sticks, grind them to a powder(sticks are more potent than pre-powdered), then mix it in a water solution (1Tb-2oz or 1Tb-3oz solution, depending on the severity of the investation)in a spray bottle. Set bottle to 'Mist' and thoroughly soak each plant once a day until you no longer see the brown leaves or the webbing from the mites. A magnifying glass will help see these under the leaves.

Neem I think is used more as a preventative, rather than for treating an infestation. I also think that neem can leave a foul taste and smell on the flowers if you spray it too late in flower. Deffiniatley good to have neem or mighty wash around if you don't normally keep your garden clean.

A lot of people probably wont like this answer but,

After being at war with spider mites in three grow rooms for 4 months I finnaly found the cure for my problem.

Floramite and Avid , you should be able to find small quantities of either of those miticides on Ebay. Thats where I bought mine.

Floramite is great but Avid is really awesome because you dont have to spray both the top and bottom of the leaves. So if you miss some it will still work. Avid is (translaminar?){not positive on spelling}, which basically means it will soak into and through the leaves.

I treated first with Avid and then 1 Week later I retreated everything with Floramite. Not 1 mite surived. I now treat all my mothers and clones with Floramite and Avid on a rotation, as both Floramite and Avid protect for about 30 days. I did not treat my plants that were within 30 days of harvest. I just sprayed them down with pyrethrin to keep the mites numbers down. Once I got those plants close to harvest out of the room my battle with the mites was over. Everything that had been treated with Avid and Floramite was 100% mite free.


My problem was I couldnt shut down my operation to completley clean and Bomb areas. If I could have I doubt I wouldve had to use such strong miticides.
Before Floramite and Avid, i tried Pyrethrin, Pyrethrin Foggers, Neem Oil, No-Pest Strips, Nicotine, Azamax, and 3 frag grenades(jk) and the mites would come back with a vengence.

Sevin. Works well but like any toxic should not be applied last 30 days. Kill them with Sevin then use Thanatos (organic) to prevent re-infestation.

The Two spotted spider mite has been my 2nd greatest fear in the garden. The way that they multiply is maddening to me. I'm not convinced that any treatment is capeable of working effectivley in one application. Those little buggars lay their eggs so fast; and in three to five days those eggs are grown and laying more eggs. To kill the mites and the eggs at the same time is easy if there are only a few. But there are only a few for a short time. I've never heard of Mighty Wash, but it sounds like an awesome product. I spend the money for AzaMax after being in tough wars with the mite. I apply it for a medium range application several times during both stages of the grow. I sleep much better now.
