Maybe you could pull the concentrate through the filter with a vacuum pump and a couple of fittings

I feel a Vaccum pump would cause an internal blow out. When taking apart the syringe filter I could tell the filter is incredibly fragile and thin

Next time you do it some before and after pics would be cool.
Maybe even tear the filter apart so we can see all the crap.

Fyi while researching I read it is best to fill the syringe, insert the filter and take the plunger out. Let gravity send the juice through the filter into a shot glass or something.

You can use the plunger but you risk blowing out the filter.

It took 2-4 hours for 1.5ml to filter through into the shot glass

The syringes are on the usually purchased with link on the same page you got the filters from

As long as it is luer lock

Hold on a sec, these filters do the job of winterising without lowering the temperature?

How can you use bho with this method ?

Pure blasted and purged bho filtered in this fashion.. keep everything warm? Like really warm?

Yes the filters work, you lose some product but it does work. I have carts that are 7 weeks old and are still in a cart blended just nicely, no separation

I’ve been reading it but.. I’m sure it says wax liquidiser plus roisin filtered through the .22 or whatever micron filter syringe winteriseswithout chilling... filters sorry..

But if I have straight BHO how can I winterise without ethanol?

Wait a second I just thought, in my other thread about removing chlorophyll I post pics of saturated isopropyl that has sediment after what like 2-4 weeks in the dark as
I had no idea what to do with it...

I was told this was the waxes(DNA)

So am I correct in thinking that bho can be dewaxed using iso instead of ethanol this way?

I do a quick wash With flower using Everclear and then filter through coffee filters and that seemed to work fine for my carts.
But with my rosin I filter my E juice through the .22 µm filter in that works well also but like I’ve said before you lose .25 mL of product every time you use one of those filter cartridges

I’ve have soaked them in everclear before and I couldn’t get the remaining product out of them.

I have noticed if you use the .22 filter assembly they work better warmed up a little bit.

Have you tried a press. I really don't want to give you the impression that I know anything at all. I'm just looking for answers. You have a question that sooner or later I'll have, too, so I'd be glad to help you look. I'll have to learn a little about it first. At least one or two nights finding out exactly what you are doing. I haven't seen these filters.
