I want to make sure what I am about to do is ok to do.

I am going to be doing rosin and plan to mix .5g of rosin with 1ml of wax liquidizer pineapple flavor. Getting it to mix then soaking the mix with a syringe. Waiting 2-6 hours with the mix in the syringe to then use a .2 micron syringe filter to filter it.

I want to avoid the juice turning black while vaping from the fats and lipids burning up.

Is this a good plan? Input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the response I don't want to do standard winterizing since I want to keep it solventless.

Sorry my English is limited.

I assume by soaking in a syringe you mean to pull the mixture into a syringe?

Then you let it sit 2-6 hours?
Why?
Are you planning to put it in a freezer?

I would just try it once and see how it goes.
Good luck

Was told after mixing it and using the syringe to soak it up it was best to wait 2-6 hours before using the syringe filter.

Is that not true?

Like I said, most of us have no idea because we haven't tried it.
Where did you hear it from?
I can see that letting sit to cool would be helpful but why not get it really cold?

Anyway I have no experience so Ill leave you to it.

But if you get great results please let us know.

Well if you get it to cold it will be almost impossible to get it through a syringe filter.

I have an aquatince from Amsterdam that was talking abojt it.

So I am reporting back a happy high man. The results exceeded my expectations. After the .22 micron syringe filter the juice came out so clear I was scared that the good stuff was caught in the filter.

Upon vaping it i could feel that the affects are still there with no decrease in potency. Now will be the wait test to see if the solution turns into the infamous black color over time.

nice, definitely interested at this point.

I even broke apart the syringe filter to inspect the filter and it had a decent amount of gunk on it. I believe it's the waxes and fats on the filter.

I find this method very nice for a substitute for winterization.
Can you link to the syringe/filter
Im wondering if I could do it with 14 mils at once

Syringe Filters PVDF ( Polyvinylidene... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XWC3MS7?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

Fyi while researching I read it is best to fill the syringe, insert the filter and take the plunger out. Let gravity send the juice through the filter into a shot glass or something.

You can use the plunger but you risk blowing out the filter.

It took 2-4 hours for 1.5ml to filter through into the shot glass
