I gave them some photosynthesis plus and silica, both 1/4 strength from what recommended.
Ppm was below 300.

Should i give them cal mag ?

You should feed them only grow nutes for now. Dumping a bunch of stuff on them isn't going to do anything but cause problems at this stage.
Those bottles of this and that with fancy labels and names will do more harm than good if you use them incorrectly. Those plants are small, young, and stressed. You are not going to correct them and they are not going to start growing like crazy by dumping some mystical potion on them. You would have been better off just using a two part nutrient or just plain Jacks all purpose. Your plants would likely be looking much better right now. You're desire to keep adding things to unhealthy plants is doing more harm than good. Those plants do not need photosynthesis plus, silica, or cal mag. All they need is base nutrients until they recover and are growing healthy. I'm going to have to unwatch this thread because because I can't take it anymore. You're loving those plants to death.
Good luck.

Hello everyone,
I am week in to flower,

Some of the plants already got buds on them and some have NO signs of budds,

So the right ones and left ones have budd sights already but all the middle one have no signs?
The others will follow behind soon, they don't all show at the same time, especially if you started with seeds.

Ohh okay

I just was not sure if there is anything i should do
The answer to that is usually no, "Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." Remember, it's always better to do to little than too much, doing too little takes 3-4 days to fix, doing too much takes 21-30, undershoot and correct as needed, until then you should not be touching them, many say don't even look at them every day, only once a week(although I prefer to look almost every day, but only touch about once a week).

once a week, holy crap. I am in there at least 10 times a day to check on the ladies. Definitely check the ph daily. and they are doing just fine.

I check on mine daily and move them around daily. What I avoid is touching the leaves or stems with my hands unless I have too.

I'm not saying you can't move them and check on them, I'm just saying you can do too much if you're not careful, so if you're having problems, try cutting back. If you can do less work and get the same/better bud then why wouldn't you? It's like running the lights 24hrs vs 18/6, if you get the same roots with either set up, why spend money on the extra 6 hours of electricity?
