Looks like you are either over or under watering your plants. The symptoms are the same.Think about what you have been doing and you should be able to figure it out. Good luck !!

yes it's over or under water from what I can tell from my research.. but think fast she doesn't look like she has much left in her :-(

i'm more confident thats its over watering as the last couple of waterings they seemed to drain alot quicker. i have taken them out of their pots checked the roots and they are still white. any ideas of how i could revive them as quickly as possible. when i saw the lower leaves turing yellow i thought this was nitrogen deficiency so i misted all leaves quite alot with 5ml per litre nitrozyne.

i have also misted the leaves with fish mix earlier in the grow as i noticed small holes on the leaves which I obviuosly thought would be pests getting inside my tent god knows how though??
Is it not a good idea to foilar spray at the same time as watering??
I have always ph'd the runoff water and i was getting 7.0 there abouts...
the humidity is a right challenge to control and the temps can be as the weather as been really warm outside recently.

It cannot be both folks, telling the OP it can be either or is not really helping. :wall:

Here is some info, hopefully it helps:

Over watered plants will have leaves that are full of water and will be firm when touched and generally curl down from the stem.

Under watered plants will have leaves that are brittle, limp, and lifeless. The leaves will droop but will not appear rounded and full as the over watered plants.

By these descriptions your plants seem to be under watered, pictures and info are not mine.

I don't think anyone implied it could be both.Sounds like he got it figured out by thinking back a little, just as I had hoped.
Thanks for posting the pics. It's pretty easy to see the difference side by side.

The soil is really dry on top however when i have removed a plant from its pot its quite damp round the edge of the soil. The roots are in quite good condition still white so i dont think theres any sign of root rot. any ideas of what i could do next as im stuck. I guess its due to overwatering them due to the last few waterings have been draining quite quickly and i havent had to give them as much water in the last few waterings as in the first.

It sounds like your soil mix is not absorbing or holding the water. What type of soil mix are they planted in?

With 2ltr jug into soil and ive also foilar sprayed once with nitrozyme and once with fishmix. Ive just found out that a watering can with a sprinkler sprout would be more appropriate so will use that from now on to prevent disturbing roots etc, i didnt use any fertilizers until 3 week from seeed.
I just watered basically when the soil dry approx 1inch deep. 3 week from seed i watered with 2.5ml/ 2litre with biogrow only. 4 days later i watered with 2ml/ 2litre Bio Root Juice and at the same time misted all leaves plenty with 2ml/ 2litre bio fishmix. From then the leaves bega to turn yellow with brown spots near edges. By 8 days later I had completely yellow leaves on the bottom node of every plant with 1 or two leaves dead. 3 days later i sprayed leaves with nitrozyme 5ml/ 1litre quite a lot again. And now today (5 days later) they look like they are at deaths door :/
I amgetting closer and closer to the dea that ive just basically fed too close together without plain waterings in betweeen which is why they are now ery droopy????? :(

My advice would be to get rid of the bio this and bio that, along with the root juice.Go to Walmart and pick up a box of Miracle-Gro All Purpose 24-8-16 for future use.In the mean time just stick with your plain watering's and keep an eye on them. When you do start fertilizing again, start it at half strength and watch your plants.Don't worry about using the fancy products, your plants don't need them and they can and will screw things up on ya. Best of Luck !! :-P
