What kind of light and how high is it? What have you fed?
It’s a Viparspectra 450w feeding it blood meal epsom salt and a 2-1-1 earth juice

I am no expert but when I have had seedlings look like that it has been that the room was too cold, the PH of the water has been too alkaline or the soil had nitrogen added to it. The pictures don't look like too much nitrogen. The PH of water is almost always o.k. The temperature of the room is worth checking. I wouldn't necessarily bet on that but it is all I can think of.
The tent stays at around 72 degrees with the lights on and 63-65 with the lights off

I would increase it. It looks like what you are feeding is low in everything. Including nitrogen.
